We provide communication solutions including SMS, Voice, WhatsApp Business API, RCS, and IVR services. Service descriptions may change without prior notice.
All services are prepaid unless otherwise agreed in writing. GST and applicable taxes will be charged extra. Non-payment may result in suspension of services.
EASY SERVE Communication follows a strict No Refund and No Cancellation Policy for all products and services, including but not limited to CPaaS Services, SMS, Voice, WhatsApp Business API, RCS Messaging, IVR Solutions, Missed Call Services, DLT Services, Cloud Telephony, Virtual Numbers, API Integrations, Call Center Solutions, Email Services, Software Development, Website Development, Mobile Applications, Branding, Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Domain Registration, Web Hosting, Design Services, Consultancy Services, and all other IT and Digital Solutions. All payments made to EASY SERVE Communication are final, irrevocable, non-refundable, and non-cancellable. Once any product, service, account, API, license, virtual number, DLT entity, template, hosting service, domain, software, branding project, website, digital campaign, or any other solution has been activated, provisioned, configured, deployed, delivered, or work has commenced, no refund, cancellation, credit, adjustment, reimbursement, or payment reversal shall be granted under any circumstances. The Customer acknowledges that CPaaS, Telecom, Digital Marketing, Branding, Software Development, Website Development, and IT Services involve dedicated technical resources, professional efforts, operator charges, third-party fees, infrastructure allocation, licensing costs, and regulatory compliance obligations. Accordingly, all fees paid for such services are strictly non-refundable regardless of service usage, delivery outcomes, operator actions, regulatory changes, policy updates, customer requirements, business decisions, dissatisfaction, or expected results. The Customer agrees not to initiate any chargeback, payment reversal, payment dispute, or claim through any bank, card issuer, UPI provider, payment gateway, financial institution, or third-party payment processor for services validly provided by EASY SERVE Communication. In the event of any unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute, EASY SERVE Communication reserves the right to immediately suspend services and pursue all available legal remedies, including recovery of dues, legal fees, collection charges, interest, damages, and associated costs. By making any payment, placing an order, accepting a quotation, signing a proposal, using any service, or continuing to use any service provided by EASY SERVE Communication, the Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to this No Refund & No Cancellation Policy.

EASY SERVE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or misuse our services.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
